Our Purpose

Salt Lake City Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of §501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”), and operated exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and/or to carry out the purposes of Salt Lake City Corporation, which is an organization described in § 509(a)(1) of the Code, a Utah municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the State of Utah.
